RETIREES IN GUAYAQUIL THEY SETTLE PLATE AGAINST LABOUR COURTS ACT

This morning a group of retirees reached the Netherlands Office of the National Assembly in Guayaquil, where placed a Board rejecting the law of labour courts and noting the names of the Guayas assemblymen who passed that law.
Retiree Jose Hoyos insisted on its position against the rules: "he who say that we are four 'pela cats' is very wrong, are 480,000 retirees, over our children, our grandchildren, our family and all organizations that surround us, have us support".

Retirees hit the plate on one of the pillars of the building where the Guayas in the National Assembly based. The sign has the names of the Assembly members of Alliance country province and also the President of the Commission of the rights of workers. They say it is a reminder of who is responsible for the text: "of this catastrophe which means the Elimination of 40%", said Luis Chancay, representative of the Popular Front.
One of the legislators that consists in the list is Bayron Valley, also member of the Committee of the rights of workers. He explains that legal reform has been misinterpreted and although others say otherwise does not believe that the IESS will have problems in the future: "We worry as Commission, as members of the Commission and part of the political project, the 100 Assembly members that the article was written in a responsible manner, inclusive thinking even in the future so that no one then tell us 'I'm not responsible and I don't have to make a contribution'".

IESS LABOR JUSTICE ACT PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL REGISTER


The law of labour courts and recognition of the work not paid home appears today in the online version of the official record, which came into force.
With this publication is proposed to eliminate 40% of the fixed contribution that made the State pension Jubilee.

In the link Saturday, President Rafael Correa rejected the versions that this puts at risk the Ecuadorian Institute of Social Security (IESS).

Reactions
This Sunday, alternate Assemblyman of think, Henry Llanes, who also leads the front for defense of pensioners, said the actions that will take.
"If the official register published on Monday, on Tuesday we will be at the Constitutional Court. We are already working on that".
Jose Hoyos, President of the Defense front of retirees and pensioners of the Guayas, said Wednesday they prepare a March of black crespones will have another activity today.

The Chairman of the Board of the IESS, Richard Espinosa, confident that after we explain in detail the law, retirees change their minds.

Mentioned unconstitutionality demand is not the only one. The unitary workers front also prepares a demand and the Federation of pensioners of Pichincha, will meet today to discuss actions that can be taken.
